Diamond Burt, Lindenwood University-Belleville

Women’s Division I Basketball Player of the Week honors go to Diamond Burt of Lindenwood University-Belleville this week. Leading her team to a 2-1 week, Burt averaged 17.7 points per game on 54.5% shooting from the floor, dished out 6.3 assists per game, collected 5.3 rebounds, and had 2.3 steals per game.  The senior guard’s play led her team to victories over Albion College and Anderson University.  Additionally, Burt was named to the Anderson University Tip-Off All-Tournament team.
