Tournament Format: 10-team, double elimination bracket

Estimated Participation: 10 teams; 225-275 participants

Facility Requirements: A full-sized regulation baseball field with lighting; seating capacity minimum of 500. Batting cages and practice areas recommended.

Hotel Requirements: At least one host hotel within 20 miles of facility. Overflow options of at least one other hotel near host hotel.

Room Block: 150 for peak nights (Sunday-Tuesday); Average length of stay is 2-3 nights, with some staying up to 4 nights.

Rates: The recommended price range is between $80—$110 per room per night. Hotels including breakfast and internet as part of the price will be given first consideration.
