USCAA Director's Cup Standings After Fall Championships
PITTSBURGH, PA – After an exciting fall sports season, the USCAA has updated the Director’s Cup standings for the 2025-2026 season. The Director’s Cup was established to recognize member institutions that excel in a wide range of men’s and women’s sports for which the USCAA offers championships. The Cup sets out to highlight the efforts of an athletic program that is diverse in its sport offerings and who competes for national championships on a consistent basis.
The standings consist of results from the 2025 USCAA Golf, Volleyball, Soccer, and Cross Country championships, in addition to points awarded for 2025 National Convention attendance and current sport offerings.
Sitting in first place with 540 points is the University of Cincinnati Clermont. The Cougars started off the year with a strong outing at the 2025 Women's DII Volleyball National Championships, finishing first and earning 100 points. Picking up points for Clermont during Fall Championships were the men’s and women’s soccer teams, who won the Women’s DIl Soccer Championship and the men finishing second.
Right behind them in second place is SUNY ESF with 517 points. The Mighty Oaks had an impressive showing this fall at the Cross Country Invitational, with both the Men’s and Women’s teams placing first again for an accumulative of 200 points. In addition, the men’s golf team picked up Director’s Cup points for the Mighty Oaks as well.
Rounding out the top three schools is NHTI with 473 points. The Lynx captured their first points at this year’s Golf championships in State College Pennsylvania, where they took home second place. NHTI also picked up points in women's soccer where they finished second.
Next up are the Basketball Small College National Championships in Buffalo, New York, March 1st-7th, 2026 . The final Director’s Cup standings will be determined following the Small College World Series and the winner will be announced at the 2026 USCAA National Convention in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
