Bio
Joining the USCAA Board of Directors in July 2023, Brian Sullivan is in his 18th year at the helm of the UC Clermont Athletic Department where he oversees 7 varsity sports to include: women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, men’s soccer, women’s basketball, men’s basketball, softball, and baseball; starting the baseball and women’s and men’s soccer programs on campus. During his tenure, the campus has seen 7 National Championships.

Brian currently serves as a co-chair of the newly appointed Championships Committee by the Board of Directors to provide recommendations to the National Office concerning the location and logistics of the Small College National Championships as a whole. Previously he worked with former Executive Director, Matthew Simms, to ensure that independent members’ institutions had a voice within the Association.
He also serves on the staff council at Clermont as the liaison between the Cincinnati Reds and Batavia Township working with underprivileged youth in the area.
