- She had led the team to their first ever PSUAC Championship in 2021 and 2 appearances at the USCAA Nationals since taking over the program.
- She is still among the all-time leaders in (sets played 295, kills 840, total attacks 1954, and matches played 92). She is number 1 in the following statistical categories (kills per set 2.85, tied for number 1 in hitting percentage at .350, service aces 236, digs 737, solo blocks 165, block assists 91, total blocks 256, blocks per set 0.87, points, 1286.5, and points per set 4.36). Recognized all four years by the PSUAC as an All-Conference winner, Finocchi scored honorable mention honors in 2011 and 1st team All-Conference in 2012, 2013, and 2014.
