Jackson Wiley is the Men's Cross Country runner of the week. Wiley is a freshman from Florida College. At the Embry Riddle/Smoothie King Classic, he finished 4th overall on water laden course touted as the toughest in Florida. His time was 27:44 for the 8 K

Sept 25 Runner of Week

Skyler King is the men's cross country runner of the week for the second straight week. Skyler is a freshman from Southern Virginia. He took 2nd at the Roanoke College Maroon Invitational on Saturday. His 2nd place finish helped the Knights take 3rd at the meet.

Sept 18 Runner of Week

Skyler King is the Men's Cross Country runner of the week. Skyler is a freshman from Southern Virginia University. He finished 11th at the James Madison Open Cross Country meet. King registered his career best time of 28:01 for the 6K.

Sept 12 Runner of Week

Jacob Kirwa is the men's cross country Runner of the Week. Kirwa, a sophomore from Dine College, broke a course record in the 10K race by 35 seconds with a running time of 32:43. The race was held by Fort Lewis College in Durango, Co.

Skyler King from Southern Virginia made an impressive debut on Saturday finishing 9th overall in the 6K with a time of 30:13 helping the Knights take sixth overall out of 13 teams.
