USCAA Players’ of the Week Nov 3rd

Newport News, VA. - The USCAA wants to congratulate and celebrate its student athletes' accomplishments.  We are proud to announce the following Players of the Week for the week of November 3rd -9^th.

Men's Basketball (Divison I)

• - Player of the Week- Gabe White, Rhema Bible, F, Jr.,- Through White's first two games he has posted two double-doubles. He netted 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds against Jarvis Christian College. White followed that performance with a 24 point 13 rebound game against Bacone College.

Men's Basketball (Division II)

• - Co-Player of the Week-.Matt Stine, Taylor Fort-Wayne, C, Jr., - Stine drained 36 points, snatched 18 rebounds and added four assists against Indiana University-Northwest. The next night Stine posted 14 points, 19 rebounds and five assists in a win over Ohio State University-Lima.

• - Co-Player of the Week- Davar Watson, Williamson, F, Jr., Newbrunswick, NJ- Watson totaled 55 points, 25 rebounds, 22 blocks and 16 assists in three games this week. He has led the Mechanics to a 3-0 start for the first time in 10 years.

Women's Basketball

• -Player of the Week- Sharon Houston, Indiana University-Northwest, F, Fr., Merrillville, IN- Houston averaged 25.3 points, 12 rebounds and 4.6 blocks per game.  She led the Red Hawks to victories over Illinois Institute of Technology and Andrews University
