USCAA Opens Bidding for 2011 and 2012 Basketball National Championships
Newport News, VA: The USCAA is requesting bids for the 2011 and 2012 Basketball National Championships. Attached you will find the bid format and tournament guidelines. Prior to bidding, please review each of the tournament guidelines, ensuring you understand the required components of hosting the USCAA Basketball National Championships. When bidding, use the “Bid Format”, which outlines each component that we request you address in your bid.
Proposed dates for the 2011 and 2012 Basketball Championships are as follows:
2011 – March 1-5
2012 – March 6-10
*Dates subject to change via Convention vote or upon bidder’s request
Tournament Guidelines/ Bid Format
The USCAA is actively seeking a national title sponsor for the upcoming National Championships. However, the association requests that the national office take the lead on all title sponsorship negotiations.
Bids for the 2011 and 2012 Championships are due to the national office by April 30th, 2010. You may send bids via email at theuscaa@yahoo.com and Matthew.T.Simms@ngc.com. Bids may also be faxed to 757-688-3750.
