Hardships are circumstances out of the control of the student-athlete. To file a hardship appeal with the USCAA National Office please submit one of the following forms, along with a letter from the Athletic Director, student-athlete, and all relevant supporting documentation of the appeal. Medical hardships can only be submitted in cases where the student-athlete did not participate in more than 30% of scheduled contests and an injury discontinued their season. Medical documentation is required for approval of medical hardships. The USCAA encourages all hardship appeals to be submitted immediately following the end of the season.
