Register Now for the 2012 USCAA National Convention!!

The USCAA would like to remind you to register for the USCAA National Convention if you have not already done so. The registration fee for the 2012 USCAA National Convention is $150 per person, every dollar of which goes back into creating a great experience for the membership. The USCAA would like to encourage you to book early to take advantage of the great room rates at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront hotel.

Room Rates:

• $89 for Non-Oceanfront rooms
• $109 for Oceanfront rooms
• $169 One Bedroom Suites

*All Rooms must be reserved 30 days prior to start of convention (May 4^th, 2012)

The National Convention website features links to our registration forms, information on how to book your room, host hotel information, tentative schedule of events, information on the Virginia Beach area, local attractions, legislation information, and other important news pertaining to the National Convention. Please note that there are two registration forms linked on the website. Institutions shall submit one “registration form” including all staff members that will be attending.  Then, each individual that plans on bringing guests (i.e. spouse, children, etc.) should complete the “guest registration form” and include only those guests that will attend USCAA functions.  The guest form will assist greatly in determining guaranteed counts for meals, as well as the 1st Annual USCAA Golf Outing.
