USCAA Players of the Week 9/21 - 9/27
Men's Soccer:
Kris Duff is the men's soccer player of the week. He is a forward at Southern State Community College. While leading SSCC to their first two wins of the season, Duff accounted for 9 points, recording 4 goals and 5 assists.
Dakota Letendre is the men's soccer goalie of the week. Letendre, a freshman from NHTI, recorded 15 saves in a 0-0 double overtime tie with Dean College. On the season, Letendre has racked up a .962 goals against average.
Women's Soccer:
Morgan Crespo is the women's soccer player of the week. She is a junior forward at Southern Maine Community College. Morgan scored seven goals over the weekend, pulling off a hat trick versus Hesser College, and adding four more the following day against Dean College.
Volleyball:
Katie Wiegand is a volleyball player of the week. She is a junior outside hitter for Rochester College. Katie helped Rochester go 7-1 on the week by tallying: 53 kills, a .369 hitting percentage, 8 blocks, 9 aces, and 92 digs.
Rachel Hays is a volleyball setter of the week. She is a freshman middle hitter from the University of Cincinnati-Clermont. Rachel was instrumental in helping her team to two tough wins last week against Ohio Regional Campus Conference opponents. She recorded 26 kills, 9 solo blocks, and 5 block assists.
Cross Country:
Alec Zaremba is the men's cross country runner of the week. He is a freshman from Spalding University. Alec placed 55th out of 373 athletes and broke the schools record for the 8k recording a time of 26:50.
Jackie Towle is the women's cross country runner of the week. She is a freshman at NHTI. In the River College Invitational, Jackie placed 14th with a time of 23:25 in rout to the Lynx placing 5th out of ten teams.
Golf:
Jamie Leavitt is the golfer of the week. He is a sophomore from Eastern Maine Community College. Jamie was the top medalist last week at the EMCC
Invitational. His efforts also helped EMCC secure the overall team victory.

Men's Cross Country
Chris Apkarian- The Freshman from NHTI finished 23rd to help lead Lynx to a 5th place finish
Men's Soccer
Daniele Stabile- The junior from Lindenwood scored three goals in a victory over Springfield College. This is his third multiple goal game of the season.
Women's Soccer
Dannielle Panuccio - The freshman forward from Washington Adventist University contributed a goal in each of her team's three victories last week.
Volleyball
Lora Wenger - The freshman from Penn State Mont Alto led her team to wins over PSU Schuykill and Beaver this week.
Katie Veno - The freshman led NHTI to a third place finish in the Holyoke CC tournament last week, recording 87 digs.
Golf
Greg Frechette- The senior from NHTI shot a 77 to lead his team to a second place finish in a meet hosted by Vermont Tech.
Wade Traynham of the Apprentice School shot a one-over-par-70 at a four-team event at The Woodlands in Hampton. He finished second in the event.
